海南省定安县黄竹镇南海社区：落地民生清单项目 提升群众生活品质
2026年，海南省定安县黄竹镇南海社区继续把侨点基础设施建设列入年度民生清单。截至8月，三个归侨居民点的改造工程已经完工：五区六队越南归侨点完成了道路硬化，加装了减速带，排水沟清淤维修完毕；六区五队印尼归侨点新装太阳能路灯，侨点夜间照明实现全覆盖；一区七队越南归侨点完成避雷针检修，消除了居住安全隐患。

<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">这是南海社区近年来持续改善侨胞生产生活条件的一个缩影。数据显示，该社区累计为侨点修建硬化道路627米，安装太阳能路灯72盏，修建排水沟渠213米，新打饮用井1口，添置文体活动设施2套。从“走得了”到“走得好”，从“有水喝”到“喝好水”，侨胞生产生活条件得到系统性改善。</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">硬件在完善，社区服务也在跟进。南海社区利用上级侨联专项资金，在一区七队和六区五队两个侨点建成了“侨胞之家”。这个场地兼具政策宣传、便民服务、文化交流、矛盾调解和侨胞议事功能。目前已依托该阵地开展联谊、政策宣讲、座谈等活动10余场，侨胞议事有了固定场所，联络互助也有了载体。</p>

<p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">同时，社区设立咨询窗口、举办专题讲座、发放宣传册，向侨胞解读涉侨法规和惠侨政策。工作人员主动摸排困难侨眷和退休侨胞情况，协助他们申请专项补助，并保持常态化走访，及时回应生活上的实际困难。</p>
